Down payment
We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150 € has been paid.

Cancellations
In case of short-term cancellations (6 weeks before your holiday), we will retain the deposit. However, the amount can be credited for a future holiday at La Baita. In case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed daily rate will be charged.

One time fee: 50 Euro each
Payment
Payment can be made by cheque, bank deposit or cash.
Arrival and departure
On your arrival day, the apartments are available from 1 pm; on your departure day, we kindly ask you to check out not later than 10 am.

For the purposes of the GDPR, we inform you that your data will be used and saved exclusively for processing your application and will not be disclosed or distributed to third parties.
